In jobs where we often are asked to work within less than optimal timelines and with fewer than necessary resources, it’s key to be as efficient as possible. There are a number of tools available to keep you productive and on task. In my session, I’ll cover some project management, note taking and team communication tools that may make your life easier.

Ryan Marks

Director of Operations and Infrastructure, Digital Services, Randall-Reilly

Ryan Marks is the Director of Operations & Infrastructure for Digital Services at Randall-Reilly, a Tuscaloosa-based data, media, and marketing services company. He leads teams responsible for managing client's services, advertising on the company's websites and newsletters, and the hosting of the company's websites. Prior to working at Randall-Reilly, he started his career in 2002 as a back-end PHP and MySQL developer for eVision Marketing Group, a local start-up acquired by Randall-Reilly. Ryan is from Mobile, AL. He studied Management Information Systems at The University of Alabama and marched trumpet in The Million Dollar Band. He enjoys going deep sea fishing and snow skiing. Recently, he helped put on TEDxTuscaloosa and co-organizes a local web professionals meetup group.
