Keynote: Scott Kubie
A designer from Des Moines, Iowa, Scott uses research, writing, and diagramming to design better products and experiences. Scott is Lead Content Strategist at Wolfram, makers of Mathematica and Wolfram|Alpha. He also advises and produces events for independent people through his business makebreak.

Call For Proposals
Presentation proposals are now being accepted for HighEdWeb Michigan. Talks are typically 50 minutes in length and focus on the development, creation, maintenance of web initiatives for higher education institutions. Check out last year’s line up on Lanyrd.com. Proposals will be accepted through Friday, February 28, 2014.

Each year, the Higher Education Web Professionals Association offers annual and regional conferences for those of us who work in web development and design, social media, marketing, and management.
In 2014 the regional conference heads to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Thursday, May 22, and Friday, May 23, building on the success of the 2013 HighEdWeb Regional Conference in Michigan held in Flint.
