Detroit Metropolitan International Airport (DTW) is only 20 miles from Ann Arbor, about a 45 minute drive (at the most). To get to the airport, you can use AirRide, which is available for transportation to the airport from Ann Arbor. This shuttle runs 12 times during the day and picks up at various campus locations. A one way ticket on AirRide is $15, however, if a reservation is made in advance the fare is reduced to $12.
