Speaker Highlight 2015 HighEdWeb: Jenn Di Sano

speaker-disanoJenn Di Sano is a journalist-turned-pixelworker. Di Sano graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2001 with a bachelor of science in writing. She currently works for Wayne State University in Detroit as part of the Web Communications Team. Di Sano helps create and manage content for roughly 500 university websites — including the main website, wayne.edu — as well as the university’s social media channels. She also provides training and support for the custom content management system WSU uses, a CMS the Web team created in-house. Di Sano was an NCAA Division 1 college hockey (CCHA) writer at NMU. She also spent time working in public relations for the Archdiocese of Detroit and as a news editor for WDIV Local 4’s website, clickondetroit.com. In her spare time, she likes to tweet about her family life, enjoys photography and shooting skip on the freeband as “eastsidegiggler.”
