There are many hotel accommodations available in the Ithaca area and more will have grand openings this spring. We have a block of rooms reserved at the Statler and the Best Western University Inn. Central to downtown Ithaca with access to the popular public bus transportation (TCAT) is the Hilton Garden Inn. Cornell’s Statler Hotel offers an on-campus option at the conference center.

Airport shuttle information
Please take a moment to email statler_reserve@cornell.edu with your group’s flight plans. This will allow the Statler to reserve a seat for your guests on their complimentary shuttle from the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport. Please include the following information: Name, Airline/ Flight #, Date and Time of Arrival and Cell phone number.
The hotel’s large white van will be parked outside of the baggage claim area. It is clearly marked “The Statler Hotel” and has pictures of Cornell on the windows. Please exit the building and approach the van when you arrive. If you are waiting for checked bags, please introduce yourself to the van driver. He/she will be happy to wait for you. The Statler tracks the flights into Ithaca and will plan scheduled trips accordingly. If you do not see the van outside of the airport after a reasonable amount of time, please call the driver.
